International Matches – U17
Across teams and nationalities
On Tuesday evening, July 7 2026, “International matches” will be arranged for U17 players.
Dronninglund Cup divides in advance all participating teams into 4 groups, where as many nationalities as possible appear.
Each group must then form a team based on all the players they have available: 4 teams for girls and 4 teams for boys.
A team consists of 2 goalkeepers, 12 field players and 2 coaches.
The teams play against each other: Team 1 against Team 2 and Team 3 against Team 4.
Then the winner plays against the winner, so that there will be a final match for both boys and girls.
Registration and Tournament Plan
Registration takes place on the notice board at the “Information” no later than Tuesday at 4 pm.: Please, state name, club, function / place on the team – and preferably telephone number. Each club can register a maximum af 2 players.
The international teams consist of players from different teams and nationalities.
The first 2 clubs in each Team group (see image below) are responsible for selecting the team from players from all teams in the group. In addition, you must agree on a meeting time and place before the matches (it is very IMPORTANT that there are clear agreements between the different managers).
14 shirts will be given out to each team. The shirts must be collected from the Information at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, but will only be given out to the coaches/managers.
