Leaders' matches - show matches
– How the coaches and leaders show their handball skills
Wednesday night, July 9 2025, a ”show match” with the leaders from the various clubs will be arranged. It takes place in Hal 1 at 20:20.
The purpose of the match is to create a show match where leaders of various nationalities get to play together and, not least, give the audience and players an opportunity to be amused at their (lack of?) abilities and talent.
It is important to underline that the matches are primarily supposed to be ENTERTAINING: This is a match where both male and female leaders play against each other for the sheer fun of it – participating is all that matters, and the abilities to play handball are of secondary importance.
Dronninglund Cup therefore urges the leaders to sign up for the arrangement in the Information Booth no later than Wednesday at 18:00.
Then there will be made 2-6 teams with both men and women.
12 jerseys (to be picked up in the Information on Wednesday at 19.30) are handed out to each team, and after the match you can keep it.
You meet with your team on Wednesday at 20:00 in the “Information”.
