Arrival and departure

When you arrive in Dronninglund, please go to Dronninglund Hallen, Rørholtvej 18. Here Dronninglund Cup has its Information Booth where all teams will need to have checked in by Sunday the 5th of July 2026.

At check-in the handball clubs will receive following pieces of information:

• Place of accommodation – where to stay
• Times of matches
• Cup busses – free transport
• Sanitary conditions / Bathing facilities
• Activities etc.

Furthermore, meal- and discoteque tickets will be handed out.

Please note:

• The official opening on the 5th of July 2026 at 20:30.
• Opening match on the 5th of July 2026 from 19:00.

Also note: On July 5 2026, supper will be served from 17:00 til 19:45! 

When clubs/teams are to depart, the head coach for each team must contact the person on duty at the accommodation or in the Information Office so that the rooms used can be approved by an employee at Dronninglund Cup. Latest check-out of rooms at all schools is Friday at 12 noon.

The club is obliged to leave the room(s) in the same state as at their arrival, that is, cleaned and hoovered.

If the room is not left in an acceptable state, the club will be charged an additional amount of 1500 DKK/200 €.
