Arrival and check-in

When you arrive in Dronninglund, please go to Dronninglund Hallen, Rørholtvej 18. Here Dronninglund Cup has its Information Booth where all teams will need to have checked in by Sunday the 6th of July 2025.

At check-in the handball clubs will receive following pieces of information:

  • Place of accommodation – where to stay
  • Times of matches
  • Cup busses – free transport
  • Sanitary conditions / Bathing facilities
  • Activities etc.

Furthermore, meal- and discoteque tickets will be handed out.

Please note:

  • The official opening on the 6th of July 2025 at 20:30.
  • Opening match on the 6th of July 2025 from 19:00.

Also note: On July 6 2025, supper will be served from 17:00 til 19:45! 

Departure - Check out

When clubs or teams are leaving their place of accommodation, they must contact the Information Booth at least one day before departure. The Information Booth will then send out a representative to see if everything is left in a fit state.

The club is obliged to leave the room(s) in the same state as at their arrival, that is, cleaned and hoovered.

If the room is not left in an acceptable state, the club will be charged an additional amount of 500,- DKK.
